Dan Jones - President
Dan is focused on business operations and strategic business
opportunities for TechTell. Before joining TechTell Dan worked
for NextLink Communications Corporate Office. Dan serves on the
Grays Harbor College computer information advisory committee as
well as previously on Cascade Designs advisory committee. He has
an undergraduate degree in Engineering and a Masters Degree in Project
Management. Dan also founded The Project Software Group in 2000 and
still plays an active role in that organization.

Scott Sipe - CTO
Scott is focused on growing the company's leadership position
as a Network Operations Center provider, delivering quality
solutions that exceed customer expectations. He brings
to the company more than 15 years of experience in network
design and operations. Before joining TechTell, he was
Director of Technology and a partner in Techline. Prior
to Techline, he worked in public safety (E911) as a network
designer and dispatch lead. Scott serves as the Chairman
of the board for the Grays Harbor College Computer Information
Systems advisory committee.

Gloria Brown, Board Member
Gloria brings over 25 years of business experience to
the board. Gloria has spent a large percentage of her
business experience working through financial analysis.
Her expertise in taking on complicated financial analysis
has been a major influence in the success in companies
that she has owned. Gloria serves as a board member for
the Grays Harbor Chamber of Commerce and plays an active
role in the local community.

William Carleton, Board Member
William Carleton is a member of McNaul Ebel Nawrot & Helgren PLLC, a
well-respected Seattle law firm. He has served dozens of technology companies
over the past fifteen years, in roles as legal counsel, secretary, advisor and
board director. Bill joined the TechTell board of directors in July 2002. He
also serves on the board of directors of Tamarac Inc., and has previously
served on the board of directors of Authora Corporation, Bot.Net and Tegris
Corporation. In 1999, he co-founded Spangler Ventures, LLC, a manager of
private equity investment vehicles. Bill is an accomplished writer, and holds
an MFA from Cornell University and a JD, magna cum laude, from Cornell Law
School. He is a member of the Washington State Bar.

Jerry Brown, Board Member
For the last 17 years Jerry has focused on bringing technology
to rural Grays Harbor County. Jerry's first technology company,
Techline, was started in 1986 and today is the largest Service
Provider in Grays Harbor County. Jerry and his organizations
have been the first to bring new services to the table including
FidoNet and the first Internet Service Provider in the area.
